2024 Female Staff

  • Hello! My name is Shakira, and I am so excited to be a counselor! I have been going to camp since I was in grade school, and I cannot wait to experience camp as a counselor! I just graduated high school and will be attending Oregon State University in the Fall to study Elementary Education. I have participated in other church activities since I was a kid, such as Greek Dance and GOYA! I love to go on walks, watch the sunsets, and hang out with my friends! I can’t wait to have a great time with all the campers!

  • Leah, a junior nursing student with a minor in psychology at Grand View University in Iowa, is eagerly anticipating Holy Trinity Camp this summer. Originally from Southern California, she's deeply involved in her Greek Orthodox Church, participating in preschool Sunday school and philanthropic activities. Leah is also a seasoned wrestler, having started at the age of 8 and now part of her university's women's wrestling team. She's excited for the enriching experiences and cherished memories camp will bring, as she aims to deepen her and the campers faith.

  • Hey guys! My name is Sophia. I am so excited for camp this summer. I am currently a junior attending university of oregon in the fall studying biology. I have lived in Portland my entire life and been helping out within the Holy Trinity Parish for as long as I can remember. I love being involved in our community. I am currently on the executive board for Portlands Maids of Athena chapter as well as helping with the organization of vacation church school. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, reading a good book and hanging out with my friends! This will be my second year counseling at this camp and I look forward to meeting everyone and making fun new camp memories!
